1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using mobile applications and software services developed by LogicHub Solutions ("Service", "we", "us"), including One Stop Rewards, RewardHub, and associated enterprise loyalty applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Membership & Account Security

Membership in loyalty programs powered by LogicHub Solutions is available to verified customer members. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Loyalty Points & Rewards Policy

Points are awarded on qualifying purchases at participating merchant branches according to tier multiplier rules and promotion terms.
Points hold no direct cash monetary value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash outside of designated rewards.
Vouchers and rewards are subject to validity periods clearly displayed on each item.
Merchants reserve the right to audit and adjust point balances in cases of transaction reversals, refunds, or system misuse.

4. Dynamic QR Token Usage

The membership QR code generated in the mobile application is a dynamic, time-limited token designed for in-person cashier scanning. Screenshotting, duplicating, or sharing tokens for unauthorized replay is strictly prohibited.

5. Service Modifications

LogicHub Solutions reserves the right to enhance, modify, or update system features, rewards catalogues, and policies with appropriate in-app notifications.

၁။ စည်းကမ်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်များကို သဘောတူညီခြင်း

LogicHub Solutions မှ ရေးသားထုတ်လုပ်ထားသော One Stop Rewards၊ RewardHub နှင့် မိတ်ဖက်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၏ သီးသန့် Loyalty & Rewards မိုဘိုင်းအက်ပလီကေးရှင်းများ ("Service") ကို ဒေါင်းလုဒ်ရယူအသုံးပြုခြင်းဖြင့် အောက်ပါ စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်း သတ်မှတ်ချက်များကို လိုက်နာရန် သဘောတူညီပြီး ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၂။ အဖွဲ့ဝင်ဖြစ်ခွင့်နှင့် အကောင့်လုံခြုံရေး

အဖွဲ့ဝင်အကောင့်ဖွင့်လှစ်ရာတွင် မိမိ၏ မှန်ကန်သော ဖုန်းနံပါတ်နှင့် အချက်အလက်များကိုသာ အသုံးပြုရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး အကောင့်လုံခြုံရေးကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းထားရန် တာဝန်ရှိပါသည်။

၃။ အမှတ်စုဆောင်းခြင်းနှင့် ဘောက်ချာလဲလှယ်ခြင်း

ဆိုင်ခွဲများတွင် သတ်မှတ်ပမာဏ ဝယ်ယူမှုတိုင်းအတွက် Loyalty Points များကို သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Tier စည်းမျဉ်းများအတိုင်း ရရှိမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
Loyalty Points များသည် ငွေသားတိုက်ရိုက်လဲလှယ်ခွင့် မရှိသလို အခြားသူထံသို့ လွှဲပြောင်းရောင်းချခွင့် မရှိပါ။
လျှော့စျေးဘောက်ချာများသည် သတ်မှတ်ထားသော သက်တမ်းကာလအတွင်းသာ အကျုံးဝင်ပါသည်။
ပစ္စည်းပြန်လဲခြင်း (Refund/Reversal) သို့မဟုတ် မမှန်မကန် လုပ်ဆောင်မှုများရှိပါက အမှတ်များကို ပြန်လည်စစ်ဆေးနှုတ်ယူခွင့် ရှိပါသည်။

၄။ Dynamic QR Code အသုံးပြုခြင်း

မိုဘိုင်းအက်ပ်တွင် ပြသသော QR Code သည် ဆိုင်ခွဲငွေကိုင်ကောင်တာတွင် အမှတ်ယူရန်နှင့် ဘောက်ချာလဲရန်အတွက် ထုတ်ပေးထားသော တစ်ခါသုံး လုံခြုံရေးကုဒ် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ QR Code ကို Screenshot ရိုက်ကူးထားခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် အခြားသူများအား မျှဝေလွှဲပြောင်း အသုံးပြုခြင်း မပြုလုပ်ရပါ။

၅။ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို ပြင်ဆင်ပြောင်းလဲခွင့်

ပရိုမိုးရှင်းအစီအစဉ်များ၊ အမှတ်လဲလှယ်နိုင်သော ပစ္စည်းများနှင့် Tier စည်းမျဉ်းများကို လိုအပ်ချက်အရ အက်ပ်အတွင်း ကြိုတင်အသိပေး အသိပေးချက်ထုတ်ပြန်၍ ပြင်ဆင်ပြောင်းလဲခွင့် ရှိပါသည်။
